<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Aren't car radios receiving the same signals, regardless of national origin? I know that the Japanese radio in the Toyota I use gets the British station in Kabul as well as the various Afghan ones. I would think that the AFN station in Germany would be similar - broadcasting radio waves on, well, radio frequencies. If they're FM, any FM receiver would get them. What I am missing in your question?
