I think its a good idea, because we need to bring back the pride and desire for positions like this. The first impression for AIT students needs to be a true professional in the field of their choosing. One thing that must change is deeper background check and screening process. Not anyone can be a good instructor, just like not any NCO can be a good recruiter. Knowledge and experience is only a portion of the desired skills in an instructor. Being adaptive to change and being able to convey your experiences in a positive and mature way are in higher demand. I also think they need to bring back the AIT Drill Sergeant, but that's another topic.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 14 at 2014 6:31 AM2014-03-14T06:31:59-04:002014-03-14T06:31:59-04:001SG John Millan8907772<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Instructors.
