I have not heard anything official since there is other needs for instructors in the USAR and was told my file is being reviewed.

I was planning to go into the reserves and always wanted to do drill sergeant but was unaware that it was possible. I would llike to know the nessassary steps to take now so that when I ETS i can make a smooth transition. How is the trail after school since its reserve?
