Is there an accurate way to calculate Army Reserve time to Active duty?

I'm just curious if I did a six yearsstent in the reserve how many years would count for Active duty. Assuming you have all good years.

In my understanding only your active duty time counts towards your active federal service. Your other points will be calculated after you reach the 20 yr mark.

I'm curious about retirement when you transition. I should be jumping back to the Regular Army soon. If everything works out. But I have a lot of mixed active and reserve time. How can I figure that out? I know there is a RPAS statement but will it only count AD points?

It's extremely easy. Any time covered with a 214 is active duty time. Every Active Duty point is worth one day of Active Duty time. 360 Active Duty points is one year of Active Duty time.

If you did 6 years in the Reserves and switch to Active Duty, then you get 6 Years for TIS for Pay.

If you did the minimum mandatory reserve duty you would receive about one year credit by points. I believe it is 48 pts for drill, 14 points for annual training, and 15 points for membership which totals 77 pts per year. 1 point equals 1 day. 6x77= 462 days. 365 days = 1 year. So you earned 1 year 97 days
