Army Reserve units in Germany

I have heard that there was a national guard unit based out of Bamberg Germany, and another in Keiserslaughtern. Does anyone have any information on the unit names or specialties there? I can not find them on any website. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

I would contact the reserve recruiters because I think they probably would have the most up to date information about job availability.  You mighrt need to dig a little deeper if you were to find out about unit deactivation. <br><br><br><br><br>

I seriously doubt there'd be Guard units OCONUS. Perhaps the units you heard of were actually Reserve units?

I was researching the same topic and came to no conclusion, as my future wife is national guard and I would like to take her to Germany once we are married. What it seems like I would have to do is somehow change her to reserves and then find a reserve unit in Germany to transfer to. I've been trying to figure out some more, but not much has come up. If you get any information that could possibly help me as well could you please share.

I am sure you found your answer by now, but if you still need an answer let me know. We have 7th Civil Support Command. It is an Army Reserve unit with HQ in Kaiserslautern and units in Grafenwoehr, Wiesbaden, and Vicenza. If the MOS you hold is not available you may reclass if the gaining unit is willing to pay for the MOSQ schools.

The Army Reserve has the 7th MSC with its downtrace of CA, HR, and TC units plus more. They have TPU, AGR and MilTech positions. The ARNG has some “state partnership’ prgrams for a small number of National Guard Soldiers. 7th MSC is on Facebook and AKO.

Why National Guard in GE as they are just in States and terrotiries. Go to HRC PMO overseas

No HRC PMO office for positions. Could be senior positions for Mob Des Positions. Again HRC PMO. Hooah??
