Based off of what I have experienced with it, I don't think there should be any question that Crossfit is better. What is your opinion? Unit PT has a military structure that everyone can participate in despite physical fitness level, does it significantly help physical fitness? Not really, but it also has an emphasis on muscles that we need in combat...or so they say. Crossfit has more intensity and has more emphasis on strength training; however the vast majority of crossfitters perform these exercises incorrectly and do not reap the benefits of the program resulting in more injuries then anything. I personally hate both, I will take the tried and true bodybuilding programs over either anyday.
