As a dual military spouse E3, do I get BAH without dependent?

I'm enlisting in the army, while my wife is in the USCG, how does dual military BAH and housing work? Just want to know in advance so as to prepare for the worst/best case scenario.

The higher ranking individual will receive BAH with Dep and the lower ranking individual receive BAH without Dep.

I am dual military and if you do not have children you both will receive WITHOUT. If you do have children one of you will get WITH. You can live on or off post but the military will take all your Bah. I recommend offpost. But the thing is if the military can’t co locate you due to coast guard bases and army bases not being close together you will both be GEO bachelors. And will live in the barracks and not collect BAH. But will receive family sep.
