ReachOut empowers individuals who are struggling to reach out for help, hope, and healing. For those who want to reach out to those who are hurting but don’t know how, it provides encouragement – and suggestions – so that they can start that conversation. And it encourages all of us to share our own struggles – because we all have them. By sharing our challenges and our successes we provide hope. We become part of the solution for ourselves and those we love.

From day one11/10/1954 of my 23 year military career it has been a very high priority. Even now a after being retired for more than 50 years I still check in often with the 20-25
