As a prior-service, with an RE-3 (JFV), would I have to see a VA doc to get a waiver to enlist in National Guard?

I was discharged in 2006. I have an honorable discharge. Under AR 635-200 chapter 5-17. My code is JFV and I have an RE of 3. Would I have to see a VA doc to get a waiver to enlist in national guard?

Were you successfully able to re enlist? Did you need a waiver...?

What unit are you looking to join?
Do you want to stay the same MOS?

Ask a recruiter; if a waiver if needed then they will tell you what you need to do! Do not contact an outside source until your recruiter or MEPS say so!
