Now, if the promotion report comes out and it lists you eligible for CLI and the commander says no for CLI, then you will be barred from reenlistment. That is per the regulation. If you fail to keep your records update (IE APFT is not updated) you will be removed automatically from the C10 roster. There is no code for that. Let&#39;s say you receive an ART15 and are removed from the promotion list, there is a flag associated with it, but I can&#39;t remember it off the top of my head.
