As a SSG, would getting "Qualified" as a rating on an NCOER hurt you for promotion under the new OML promotion system?

I'm curious to know if you get qualified as SSG on your NCOER if that'll hurt someone's chances at making the OML.

SSG Kelly, it really depends on what the rest of the inventory looks like for ur MOS, what the rest of your file looks like, and the promotion requirement. I would suggest having a mentor review your file and give you some candid feedback. I’m not an Engineer but if you want me to take a look just let me know.
