FN Kermit Robinson, the instant verification option you're attempting to use will only work for those who have had active duty service sometime after 1985. The 1985 cut off is due to the fact that government records aren't available digitally for dates prior to that.

I had some trouble with verification. A wise senior NCO sent this to me.

Please contact Laurie Deitemeyer by emailing [login to see] with some proof of your service. She will take care of your verification.

She will definitely work with you.

Capt (Join to see), you received great advice, for its time. Now that RP has almost 1 million users and is adding dozens of users at a time, it's best that we recommend the official channel of emailing [login to see] . That way, we're not overloading Lieutenant Dietemeyer and also, as her roles change within the company, we can ensure that we're not providing outdated info. ;)
