As prior service do we get issued a partial or full issue? Is there a regulation that covers this?

Long story short. I’m prior service active duty. I enlisted guard for a year and they did not issue me anything. I am attending AIT to return back to active duty next week. It would be nice to get new uniforms since I was prior infantry and my uniforms are not serviceable.
