My productivity is at part-time money. These past 7 years has reminded me of moving forward in a Thunderstorm. I&#39;m cold and tired of crawling through the wet muck. The winds don&#39;t let up. Focus on ensuring my new Commander’s intent and focus for the Battalion is effectively communicated to the lowest level to ensure mission success.<br /><br />3. Continue to work on enhancing NCO Development, through effective leadership development.<br /><br />4. Continue to mentor, develop, counsel, and train the next generation of future Senior NCOs and Officers to the best of my ability.<br /><br />5. Enroll in a Masters Degree Program to continue to expand my mind through education.<br /><br />6. Stay true and faithful to God and this great country I have a privilege to serve.
