As you all know there has been a lot of talk about Hillary and guns. As President could she legally write a Executive Order and take guns?

She can write any order she wants. If a lawsuit is brought by a person or organization that has been harmed by the executive order, it will be brought to court. If the court determines it violates or changes the current interpretation of the 2nd amendment, the case will likely move to an appellate court and then may go to the supreme court, to determine if the executive order is constitutional. In 2008, "DC vs Heller" decision made it clear that the right to bear arms was an individual citizen's right, not some vague notion of what a militia constitutes according to what the framers intended.

That is the clarification needed as I made a feeble illustration, it isn't the executive power that is as much of a threat as collusion involving SCOTUS picks, how so? Look.. Some of see first hand the very real effects of gun control so the real uninformed people are those that brush it off, well they deserve getting what their ignorance deserves

For now, however it's a slippery slope. Australia only wanted a list of gun owners, then they wanted to ban pistols, then they wanted to ban rifles, then came shotguns.

Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists,
and I did not speak out—

Then they came for the Jews,
and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—
and there was no one left to speak for me.

Check your history of other countries that have been incrementally "registered" and/or controlled what arms their citizens could have. Niccolo Machiavelli (not the best or worst starting point) references several Renaissance era failed states that over regulated weaponry. There are also more than a few post industrial revolution despots you can dig deeper into as well.
