And when will the VA facility of patient record, be able to view the evidence of Claim when it bears directly on treatment at a VA facility / CBOC the Medical staff of each site only have access to records generated at the CBOC / VA Facility of the Patient. <br /> When will Full records be able to be viewed by Satellite facility Dr.s . Treatment is only effective when they can asses progression of symptoms by having immediate &quot; Read Only memory &quot; of the beginning of treatment in whole.
