I am interested in put together a packet for WOCS. However I have a permanent profile for my legs. I can still do that APFT walk. Will this disqualify me from acceptance into this course? If not, will my being on profile hinder my career going forward as a warrant officer?

It shouldn’t so long as you can pass a PT test within the profile restrictions. Call the school and ask them for the qualifications info and assess. The profile is really irrelevant, it’s if you can do the job or not. Something physically demanding probably isn’t in the cards, but there are a lot of technical fields where you can add value. Focus on those.
