<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I could be wrong but I believe it falls under the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (GWOT-EM), if not that then perhaps the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (AFEM).<br /><br />The Iraq and Afghanistan Campaign Medals are done with, the Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal is still available if you go to Iraq or Syria and meet the requirements.<br /><br />Additionally as a Guardsmen you will be eligible for the Armed Forces Reserve Medal (AFRM) with &quot;M&quot; Device if you deploy. Depending on how long you&#39;re there you could also be eligible for the Overseas Service Ribbon (OSR). You could also potentially pick up the Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal (ARCAM) due to being a Guardsmen depending on how long you&#39;ve been in. I would also look into seeing if you are eligible for the SSI-MOHC (Combat Patch) and Overseas Service Bar for that AO.<br /><br />Ultimately whatever you end up receiving, the deployment should be good experience for you sir. Just remember to take care of your guys if they deserve it come End of Tour (EOT) awards time. Remember sir, rank does not equate award.
