Sadly we can all argue about what that means. <br />We need something between, total occupation and totally ignore, perhaps after trying everything else, we will settle on a strategy of in-between and get American's to commit more than their thoughts. My guess is some blah, blah about strong partnerships and information sharing. But there is no spine in D.C. War is dirty, ugly, nasty, deadly, and horrifying. It's not a video game, there is no reset button. The American public is incredibly disconnected and spoiled.
