Being a leader as an NCOs or Officers, what are the values/morals do you enforce the most to yourselves and to lower enlistees?

I just want to have a time to understand and to see what are the most important factors that different types of leaders in the military believes in around the world

In regards to LDRSHIP (Loyalty, Duty, Honor, Respect, Selfless Service, Integrity, Personal Courage), I stress ALL of these aspects to my Troops. They are interdependent. You can't have one without the other. I know it sounds cliché, but it works.

ACCOUNTABILITY!!! I believe that every single person that serves should be and stay accountable for all of the things that they do. This is in regards to things they do right and the things that they do wrong. Staying accountable constantly allows us to grow, not only as individuals but as units as well.
