What advice do you have? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/being-competitive-for-ldo <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hello all, I am a newly promoted YN2 in the Navy Reserves. I am very interested in going LDO if possible or CWO when I have enough time in. I am working towards a doctorate degree in public administration and have a masters in the same discipline. How can I be competitive and what advice do you all have? Thank you so much. Fri, 02 Jan 2026 20:27:04 -0500 How can I be competitive to become an LDO or CWO? The big three that I am aware of are you need to be E-6, have enough time in rate to qualify and have your commander&#39;s endorsement. the other question is there LDO/CWO in Public Administration in the Navy?
