I checked in the housing office and there was a 25% discount on houses for E1 to E4. So I'm living on post, paying below BAH and don't have to worry about dealing with off post stuff. If something breaks, I just call and they are at my house pretty quick. No regrets so far... If my wife and I come home at 3AM Saturday morning because we were out late Friday night, no one cares.
