They have things on special all the time, and you can view all the deals before you leave home - online. Not only coupons from the civilian world, but the coupons they hand out when you walk in the store.<br /><br />And third, there are undoubtedly some items that you can buy cheaper at a civilian store (Sam's Club, Costco, Aldi's).
