Best way to unfreeze a jumper from the door?

What was the best comment you heard to get someone out of the door when they froze on a jump?

Mine was when the jumpmaster would tap the terrified jumper on the shoulder and told him it was OK, he did not have to jump. When the surprised jumper turned around to confirm what he heard, the jumpmaster pushed him out.
