Must provide training and acceds to systems in order for a Reserve Soldier to do the actual job and not just take out trash, go to classes for check the box training, and shred paper. Occasionally doing bith moth audits or LHI event without the ability to update the systems. All the units I have been always gave push back on access for TPU Soldiers with the exception of medical unit. The Officers are simply smarter and better educated so they umderstand the necessity of that request in a forward thinking mind set. For 88m ask a senior 88m.

Good luckResponse by SFC John Hatton made Feb 23 at 2018 9:55 AM2018-02-23T09:55:57-05:002018-02-23T09:55:57-05:00SFC John Hatton3382822

42A just really depends on the supervisor. It took me 7 years just to make my SGT. If you have good scores I would look at the Intelligence field like 35N that was my secondary MOS to SGT is quick and to SSG is good too. My Buddy I was in the Navy with was a SFC before I got my SGT. So I starting working on moving over to my secondary MOS before I got hurt in Afghanistan and had to retire.Response by SGT Michael Hardy made Apr 1 at 2018 10:21 AM2018-04-01T10:21:37-04:002018-04-01T10:21:37-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member3523044

88n work stateside all the time.
