IF I were the Chinese, Russians, North Koreans, Iranians, ISIS, or any other potential enemy where would I concentrate my technology and future strategic planning to take down the United States or any other well developed country that isn't paying attention to this. I believe there are some measures in place and a lot of this is disinformation, but I also believe there are vulnerabilities in the systems that can be exploited as well. We have a lot of smart technical gurus out there in our masses. This needs to be a specialty that all the services need to recruit and build for in a serious way - Hey, forget about the APFT Test for these guys. Give them AMPT (Army Mental Physical Test) instead. I think the Army's recent effort to really beef up the Cyber Command is great step, but I think the (Alphabet Agencies) should take the lead and get the best and brightest minds to work on building a proactive work plan to help better prepare our country for the future.
