I am a Senior OC/T currently engaged in an exercise with a new USAR BN. Before we head into the final AAR on Monday, I would like to have a few examples to offer for improvement. I know this is a short suspense, but I know thisis the right place to ask! Thanks in advance for your input.

I've got a format that was given to me by 1st Army that they used for us a couple of years ago. Pretty much like CW4 Gary S stated Sir. Don't know if I can get it to you by Monday...lol

SFC (Join to see), I've provided the Battle NCO my template, just looking for a couple more examples so I don't come across as that guy who impies that his way is the best way. Post it when you can; this NCO and his Battle CPT are both on RP, so they will see it.
