You'll be running thrice a week, so don't worry there. My final PT test I did 80 pushups 70 something situps and my run was high 14s. Don't worry you aren't quite there because they will PT the s*** out of you until you do pass. I did 65 push ups. 80 sit ups...and failed the run... Until you leave work on running, just don’t do it everyday. Practice your 2 mile and also sprints. Jog for 60 secs and sprint for 30 secs, do this for 30-45 minutes.
