Bowe Bergdahl - Friend or Foe?

With all of the discussions going on about this topic in the civilian platform, I was looking for some feedback from RP members. For myself, if what his fellow soldiers stated about him walking away from his post and the safety of the unit, he needs to face applicable actions under UCMJ. I know that if he were to come back to the unit, his life would, using my warrior logic, be at risk. If I recall correctly, 8 warriors were killed during operations trying to locate and liberate this lunkhead. I struggle in my heart of hearts, as well as many of you, " has this kid been a POW for the last 5 years or undergoing extensive terrorist training?" Thoughts?
