There's been some breaking news - the release of an NCIS investigation, some very interesting and disturbing results in this video. Take a minute to review it, vote and comment. I am very interested in how this changes your mind, I am sure some will feel more sympathy while some will have more resolve in their opinion as well!
Let's get it on!!!
Willful, deliberate, conspiring with the enemy.....was he pushed into leaving his unit?
Was he a mere pawn in a game of quid pro quo, an excuse to release these five detainees?
Was he really as calculated as the NCIS claim? How would they really know? Are they on a conspiracy theory quest here, if so what is the motivation?
Or, does this really expose the inner workings of this individual?

He's a coward, plain and simple. He talked with his dad before doing this and his dad told him to go for it. His dad's a poor role model, and coward himself.

I have a feeling this is going to get more bizarre as it goes on. It doesn't change anything he is still guilty.

SGT (Join to see) you forgot to add the wounded dog handler and the dog also that went with him! Personally I think they ought to charge him for the cost of training the dog

He's a TRAITOR! Why hasn't he been charged with Treason?! Can they add that charge later??

Here's one Punitive Article that applies to Bergdahls's actions:
Art. 99. Misbehavior before the enemy
Any member of the armed forces who before or in the presence of the enemy- (1) runs away; (2) shamefully abandons, surrenders, or delivers up any command, unit, place, or military property which it is his duty to defend; (3) through disobedience, neglect, or intentional misconduct endangers the safety of any such command, unit, place, or military property; (4) casts away his arms or ammunition; (5) is guilty of cowardly conduct; (6) quits his place of duty to plunder or pillage; (7) causes false alarms in any command, unit, or place under control of the armed forces; (8) willfully fails to do his utmost to encounter, engage, capture, or destroy any enemy troops, combatants, vessels, aircraft, or any other thing, which it is his duty so to encounter, engage, capture, or destroy; or (9) does not afford all practicable relief and assistance to any troops, combatants, vessels, or aircraft of the armed forces belonging to the United States or their allies when engaged in battle;
shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.

My answer is limited to the information provided in the news story.
Okay, like most of the stories with this whole case, the more I learn the more questions I have and I am still waiting on FACTs and evidence, but that is later.
Why was NCIS involved in an Army case? When were they involved?
What did the Whitehouse know, when and why was this trade allowed if it was known, and if it wasn't known, why not...OR what is the real story here?

That is my main question right now!? Why was the NCIS in on this? Shouldn't CID or Army CI be doing stuff like this?!

MSG SAND, NCIS is there because they wanted Gibbs to straighten this mess out once and for all..... Denozzo and McGee are in country now and Bishop is sitting on her desk talking to herself about "Why those five men?" I got a feeling this one will still have at TO BE CONTINUED at least one time, so it could be a three episoder....

I am okay with the Navy sending their people as long as it is the A Team and not the guys from LA or New Orleans...we have to draw the line some where and for me, that is it. I don't want to see it a three episode story because in those cases Bergdahl would not be the giant douche he appears to be and would actually be some kind of deep cover agent...and I am confident that is not the case.
