Does this enlisted time count towards years of experience? Or is that commissioned experience only?

Thanks. Enlisted time does not count towards next officer rank like professional degreed or credentialed civilian time may. From what I understand, time spent in your actual profession is counted at 50% towards your experience (creditable service). So, if you have 4 years as a SW, then it would equate to 2 years of creditable service. Don’t quote me on this though. Most reservists average 65points per year. You will have more the years you went to basic and AIT.
