Campaign Streamer Ceremony Script

Have done some research and there appears to be no formal D&C for a unit award for Campaign Streamer Ceremony. Has anyone been part of one? Suggestions? Since several Veteran's from a previous deployment are still with the unit, we wanted to conduct an official ceremony to recognized those who have deployed before and to include those who have not.

I suggest you tag Troops to get a broader amount of responses LTC Private RallyPoint Member. Somebody on this net must have gone though formal D&C for a unit award for Campaign Streamer Ceremony since we have Vietnam Veterans through OEF on this net.

Just curious if you ever had an answer here? When my old unit received the Army Superior Unit Award we had a four man color guard post in front of the formation, present arms while the S-1 published the orders the BN commander attached the streamer, saluted then the color guard returned back into the center of the formation just like D&C
