They haven’t been treated that way but one was recently labeled as ‘E7 and Above’. I didn’t think access to a latrine could be restricted outside of a UPL. And I didn’t think a particular latrine could be restricted as a rank privilege anymore. There are no other issues like cleanliness to back this up.
