They haven’t been treated that way but one was recently labeled as ‘E7 and Above’. I didn’t think access to a latrine could be restricted outside of a UPL. And I didn’t think a particular latrine could be restricted as a rank privilege anymore. There are no other issues like cleanliness to back this up. Additionally the lights have been out in the ‘lower enlisted’ shower for months. I can&#39;t think of any regulation against it but it&#39;s not something the Army traditionally has done.
