Actually ment to ask if it can fire the 7.65x39 instead of the 7.65x51

Simple answer is no. Case on the 39 is long enough.

The 39 case is too short and would slide into the chamber too far for the firing pin to hit the primer, and the case shoulders are wrong anyway. Never mix ammo.

The 7.62x39 won’t seat correctly in the m14 as a 7.62x51 cartridge is longer.
