Can a M9 qualification be used on the PPW for promotion points?

I recently qualified 30/30 on an M9 range we had, but I generally shoot marksman or sharpshooter on the M4 range. Can I use my pistol scorecard for promotion points or does it have to be the M16/M4?

Never mind, I should have done my research before I posted. AR 600-8-19 states otherwise.

You can, but the M9 has to be your primary weapon system.
Generally, that is medics, some MPs, and a few other odd positions.
