<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I think this may be a question for JAG, but looking at the requirements, citizenship or permanent residence status is all that is required to join the Army National Guard. I know you don&#39;t have to reside in the state where your unit is located and I can&#39;t find anything that says you have to live in the US as long as you maintain a US Citizenship.
