Can a new contract allow me to use the Legacy retirement plan?

So I started the military in 2010 on active duty army. I was discharged and reenlisted in 2014 as a reservist. I currently have a brs retirement plan in the reserves. I was wonder if I finish my reserve contract, then sign up for active duty army will I be allowed to have the legacy retirement plan?
