I run RE3 waivers up all the time and usually have a positive turn around. But that’s after a lengthy applicant statement, an evaluation clearing what ever the condition was and a long heart to heart with the applicant. My applicants usually hit the door when they hear they have ZERO choice of jobs on the floor 99% of the time.
