Some were related in the rating chain. Is a COR NCOER still required here or just continue with normal timeline since the raters/ratees are still together? They are returning to BN. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If their daily duties and scope staying the same, and keeping the same Rater (and the Senior Rater not interested in the Senior Rater option), it seems like it wouldn’t be a big deal, but if it’s a new duty position or anyone is changing rating chain, I’d be inclined to see the harder right thing and do a bunch of CORs.
