Can a SFC get in trouble for getting ALC test answers from a former soldier of the SFC?

The SFC has messaged her former soldier that's now an SGL at an ALC, so the SFC can get the ALC curriculum with test answers for her brand new promoted SGT. That SFC is pushing for that SGT to go to ALC immediately.

Yes, obviously.
The SFC asking for answers, and the SGL providing them can both face UCMJ.
Also, if a Soldier can't even get through ALC without a copy of the answers, then this is definitely not the right job for them.

CSM Charles Hayden the other person that knows about this is on terminal leave and he's the one that over heard her speak about getting the answers from her former soldier.

SSG Dennis Mendoza - I made SFC pretty quick - got picked up my first look at 8 1/2 years TIS pinned a year later - and I would never, ever do something like this. I don't know why they think having any test answers for ALC would help that NCO of hers make it quick. It depends on the MOS - plus they changed the SNCO boards around too. So unless her SGT puts themselves above their peers, they're not going to make it quick. Cheating is definitely NOT going to help.
If you have proof of this, you need to report it to your leadership AND to the NCOA wherever this happened.

SSG Dennis Mendoza - So, what you actually have is an unsubstantiated third-hand rumor from someone who can't substantiate any of the story.
The story might be true -- in which case all the comments about a lack of integrity are correct. Or the story might be an honest mistake about what this other soldier thought they heard. Or the story might be complete BS invented for any of several reasons anyone here could easily think of. We don't know. YOU don't know.
Let me guess... This SFC is your boss, who you don't like. And the SGT is an up-and-coming NCO in your unit who you're afraid will pass you on her way up?? Maybe THIS story is true, maybe it isn't, but it has just as much to support it as your version does.
The ONLY appropriate action on your part is to encourage this other soldier to come forward with what he or she thinks they know.

When I went to the Combined General Staff College we were told not to plagiaries even if it is a google search. Cheaters would end their careers.

This is more wrong than a Hooker in Church during Christmas Mass offering $3.00 bills in the collection plate. This violated the integrity of everyone AND it violates the NCOA rules for cheating. Everyone involved needs to be taken across the coals and given an NCOER that reflects this.

SSG Dennis Mendoza obviously. I'd be making an anonymous call to this particular NCOA

It would be hard for the schoolhouse to do anything to the SFC, that choice would be up to the SFC Commander. Depending on how significant the threat to the test material, the Commandant could make it a point to contact that Soldiers CG and Division CSM if they feel it warrants that response.
The SGL should be fine as long as they don't compromise any test material. I know in my Career Counselor Course the test material is kept in a locked vault and only allowed to be accessed by two or more people, one of them being the Test writer or the SGM. I imagine other ALCs have something similar for their test material as well.

Yeah I know Sill ALC suppose to have that same system you mentioned because when I attended ALC that's how it was but I'm not sure what that SFC is trying to do. I just know she's wants all new promoted E5's, and she's getting the CSM to use his connections to try and walk them young E5's on to ALC.

SSG Dennis Mendoza ALC is controlled by by HRC. They have their own rules they have to follow. While this person may want you to believe they have some influence, the fact is that your branch is controlled by a Colonel who does not care who your CSM is

SFC (Join to see) yes it's pretty interesting the things I see here on fort Sill. Things I have never seen before in my career and now I'm seeing it here I don't know if the army is changing little by little or just things always been swept under the rug.
