A SGT is eligible for promotion as soon as they appear on the AAA294. I would not understand why a commander would reduce a SSG and then promote them at the first opportunity. If that were the case, I’d recommend reduction and suspend it for six months effectively putting them on probation to correct their behavior.Response by CSM Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 20 at 2018 8:16 PM2018-01-20T20:16:53-05:002018-01-20T20:16:53-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member3283935<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>NoResponse by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 22 at 2018 6:37 PM2018-01-22T18:37:27-05:002018-01-22T18:37:27-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member3285340<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes if the points are below 39 I have seen itResponse by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 23 at 2018 10:12 AM2018-01-23T10:12:54-05:002018-01-23T10:12:54-05:002018-01-18T14:09:43-05:00
