The first FRAGO released only said that the requirement to conduct APFT at certain intervals was suspended, it didn&#39;t say you couldn&#39;t conduct one. The second FRAGO clarified that you could conduct one if needed. There&#39;s nothing anywhere that says you can&#39;t take a PT test, only that Commanders are not required to take administer a record APFT right now.
