Can a Soldier take a record APFT during COVID-19 restrictions?

Since COVID-19 restrictions have been placed, (I am tracking those who are flagged can request to take a record APFT to have said flag lifted) has anyone been able to take a Record APFT because they are in need of promotion points to make the cutoff score?

Why not, the test is done outside is it not, within reason I think you could do the social boundaries thing.

Yes they can. The first FRAGO released only said that the requirement to conduct APFT at certain intervals was suspended, it didn't say you couldn't conduct one. The second FRAGO clarified that you could conduct one if needed. There's nothing anywhere that says you can't take a PT test, only that Commanders are not required to take administer a record APFT right now.
