Can a SPC give me orders while we are both out of uniform and working in our civilian jobs?

I'm in the National Guard. I have a civilian job at a shoe store with a SPC that works with me. I've been given more authority and am in charge right under my managers but she is always telling what to do when i have had more authority with this compony. I don't want to be disrespectful because of rank but can she tell me what to do while I'm at my civilian job. I just need a little advice.

If you are her boss at the civilian job, then she listens to you at the job. If she's bossing you around and not listening to you, then go to the managers and tell them. Rank has no play at your civilian job. At that job you guys aren't SPC or PFC.
Plus when you guys are at drill or on orders, is she any kind of supervisory role over you in your unit? Honestly I'd tell that little beotch off.

Sometimes I try to censor myself a little more lately with the swearing.
She holds no rank over you at your civilian job. Any rank she has in the Guard over you isn't a factor. I am a lieutenant colonel. I cannot walk into your civilian workplace and order you around. I have general military authority over you, but I cannot boss you around. For instance, if I saw you at the airport looking like a rag bag in uniform, I could tell you to straighten up your tie or whatever to get back into regulations. I can't order you to carry my bags or get me a cup of coffee.
