<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It is a political tactic used by the Left when they are losing an argument. Same with any other PC term they toss out. Bottom<br />line- We have lost the ability to debate. I could say Affirmation Action is racist. That will surely make alarm bells go off. But think about it- it is a statement and a policy. The statement will offend those that believe in a certain philosophy. Others like myself believe that we are all the same regardless of social/economic/demographic considerations and everyone will be measured on the same scale. I'd ask this question in response: what happened to MLK's I have a dream speech. Have we failed to learn the lessons of the past?LTC Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 20 Jul 2018 15:42:59 -04002018-07-20T15:42:59-04:00Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 20 at 2018 3:44 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Absolutely. Just depends on the context. If I was briefing an OPORD to soldiers and part of the enemy situation was that there was a local gang comprised of [enter race here] people, that would be an important and appropriate fact. If you said "I hate [enter race here] people" and I responded with "Yeah, did you know that that gang is full of [enter race here] people", it would be racist because I was supporting your racist statement. But the information was the same in both scenarios.MAJ Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 20 Jul 2018 15:44:22 -04002018-07-20T15:44:22-04:00Response by CPT Jack Durish made Jul 20 at 2018 5:09 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Rascism is the belief that a person's worth is reflected in the color of their skin. Discrimination is an act founded on that belief. Inasmuch as Jews are treated as a race, the following example is responsive to your request. I had a black soldier who took an immediate dislike to a new member of my command. I tended to ignore such things unless my sergeants couldn't handle them. However, this young black approached me and complained that the Jew was one of those who killed Jesus. I suppose that nothing offended me more than the fact that he thought I might sympathize with his belief.CPT Jack DurishFri, 20 Jul 2018 17:09:20 -04002018-07-20T17:09:20-04:00Response by SGT Joseph Gunderson made Jul 20 at 2018 5:39 PM
