Because she wants us to study in the office and one airman had a lump forming on her arm and it was scaring her and I took her to medical and when we got back that airmen got verbally counseled by her supervisor for going to medical and not studying

Define denying access to medical care.
Do you mean deny going to sick call, or the emergency room? If so, probably not without the risk of negative consequences.
Or, do you mean requesting a medical appointment be rescheduled to meet a mission requirement? If so, probably not.

It is up to the supervisor to medically assess the airman's medical claim on the spot. They will apply supervisory medical cream to the airman if needed. A trip to the clinic is only allowed if the ailment is beyond the abilities of the supervisory medical cream.

SSgt (Join to see) -SMC (Supervisory Medical Cream) is often given to junior members of the services, but it requires the supervisor to go through a lot of Special High Intensity Training before they're considered qualified to disperse it to others.

SFC Ralph E Kelley - Thanks for sharing! As someone who has completed the training, I remember how hard the the last day of SMC training was. The pride I felt when the instructor pinned on the cream badge to my uniform was one of the proudest days of my military career.
