I am a permanently grounded CW2 Aviator with 9 years TIS attempting to reclass to a new Warrant Officer MOS. If unable to reclass to the new Warrant Officer MOS that I'm attempting or any others, due to pre-requirements or being over-strengthed, can I revert back to being enlisted? I have always loved the Army and would do anything to continue to retirement. Thank You in advance!

The first 3 fields you should consider as a Grounded Aviator is ATC, UAV and Aviation Maintenance. Depending on why you are DNIF, you may be able to get an upslip for an MOS with lower medical standards than flight such as ATC and UAV. It would also give you the ability to take advantage of the Aviation Training you have received.
If an upslip is not an option at all, then a 151 Series Aviation Maintenance Warrant may be the way to go.
Depending on what your Enlisted MOS, you may be able to transfer into a wide range of other Warrant MOSs also so look into that option before you walk away from a sweet gig.

I am currently looking into reclassing to 150U or 151A. It looks like the manning for each is pretty full. I'm still applying, but I'm basically being told that it's not looking good for those. I'd prefer something in Aviation, but I would be happy to accept any MOS that HRC may offer me. I would love ATC also. I'm looking into Enlisted only as a very last resort if it comes to that or being Med boarded.

Reference AR 601-210
5-10 An officer, commissioned or warrant, who is otherwise qualified, may enlist in the RA or USAR. However, as a condition of enlistment, the officer must resign his or her commission. This policy affects all Soldiers initially enlisting into the RA or USAR, or reenlisting with a break in service of 24 hours or more.
Section 1:(5) Paragraph 3–18 provides grade determination rules for former or current officers who enlist. An officer will not be awarded an MOS based solely on unit vacancies, but also on the officer’s past military training and experience and his or her ability to meet the prerequisites for the relevant MOS. In most instances, the Soldier will be placed in a “will train” position, regardless of the former branch of the former officer. Recruiting battalion commanders will take care to ensure that grade authorization up to E–5 is based on the whole person concept and does not interfere with or
otherwise compromise the integrity of the unit’s promotions of Soldiers with continuous service.
