Can Aer pull from your travel pay when your ets the army and there is a outstanding balance ?

Ets the army Aer balance exceeds final pay amount can the Aer office pull from my travel pay ??

It is possible if it is all a part of mypay. I know that when I didn't have an LES for a couple of months my medical bill piled up so my next drill pay had a lot deducted. So I know they keep balance of any amount we owe. Has your AER been taken from your LES before?
