Can an incorrect training notation be corrected years later in my training record?

I joined the Army National Guard almost 6 years ago signing a contract as an 09S, officer candidate. I was not sure about becoming an officer with no enlisted experience although my recruiter convinced me it would not be an issue. Fast forward to attending Phase 0 of OCS at which point I realized I wanted enlisted experience under my belt before considering the officer route. When I notified my chain of command, the officer who ran the OCS program was not pleased with my decision and verbally expressed it to me. I left the OCS phase 0 program in good standing having passed all requirements including my APFT. I went on to become a 12B and upon arriving at 12B OSUT to be reinserted into BCT until AIT began I was berated by the Drill Sergeants and continuously referred to as an OCS failure. I ignored it all and charged on successfully passing 12B AIT. A few years later I was going through a records review and was shown my training record to which it has me listed as a PT failure and having been released from the OCS program. This is far from the truth. When I brought it to the attention of my chain of command I was told it does not matter. To me it does, it is a blemish on my record and I believe just as in AIT that I am unfairly judged on that blemish which I did not deserve. How can I go about having that corrected when nobody seems to think it matters? Would they have access to my PT records from the Phase 0 process to see that I did not fail my APFT during Phase 0? I am interested in attending OCS now that I have some excellent enlisted experience under my belt but feel that I am being unfairly judged based upon this incorrect information in my file. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this.

From six years ago......possible but unlikely that the school would still have your APFT card. You can try and contact the school house where you went for Phase 0, but I wouldn't be too hopeful

Thank you for the reply Staff Sergeant Livingston, to make matters worse I have since completed an IST so between that and the time that has elapsed I'm thinking I am out of luck. It was state run OCS Phase 0.
