Can any ATON type explain this lighthouse phenomenon?

This picture was posted on Habor Beach Lighthouse Preservation Society's Facebook page seeking information. The picture was taken of the underside of the upper deck of the lighthouse at night. It has strange blue and tan vertical lines projected onto the white paint. Is this a phenomenon caused by the lighthouse lens? (It currently has a VRB-25 acrylic lens that replaced a 4th order Fresnel.) The camera did not cause the effect. Can any former or current ATON types explain this?
