For E-5 and above the board now looks at and weigh heavily upon the last 5 NCOERs. I will be sitting on the E-5 board for my state next month, and am looking forward to seeing exactly what the particulars are, and I feel that each state will be slightly different so long as they adhere to AR 600-8-19 and NGR 600-200. After the board I will get back to you on the specifics.
Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 27 at 2014 1:05 PM 2014-03-27T13:05:57-04:00 2014-03-27T13:05:57-04:00 CPT Private RallyPoint Member 187427

Please someone update this! Here you go!" or "Oh, you're going to whine and complain that you've been here x years (which is y years fewer than someone else) but you deserve to be promoted? Here you go!"
